Chose which of Your Blogs to place Adsense to,from Your Dashboard chose Layout then Add Page Element then chose Adsense, fill in your personal details and the Ads. language, when done hit Create Account button.
Fetch Your email box for a confirmation message, click the link to activate Your account the start setting up your Ads. package, i.e chosing form & color ..etc.
Open Your Adsence account page from Your blogger and fill Your personal details again ( my advice: do not state your true data now until you try and master the blogging process then You can have a new blog(s) with Your genuine data ).
You will see a message that Your data has been sent for approval, please note that any email adress otherthan Gmail would take 7 - 15 days while Gmail takes 1 - 2 hours maximum.
When You see Ads in your page, Thank God this phase passed successfully.

1. I strongly recommend request an Adsense account from within Your Blog Dashboard.
2. Do not try to follow - up with an email after a day or two asking what the delay is for.
3. Requesting account in a language otherthan English takes a long time to be approved.( real profit is in English Blogging ).
4. Highest profit is from different geographic clicks than Yours.
5. Make your first account with fake name & data. when You master the matter and knowing what & how to do, make another account using Your real name and details.
