If You see such an Ad, would You click it? Ask yourself before formatting Your Ads
If the answer is NO then You have to reconsider.
* Change colors and diameters to fit Your page
* Background color (and borders) should be the same as page's background, visitors may click by mistake.(visitor sees it as part of the page)
* Text & link color should be the same as Yours
* Size & form in the suitable place ( sidebar, page top or bottom, between posts...etc)
